Christmas Day:
We were at Damai Beach Resort for a family gathering. Our whole (extended) family was there! I had an awareness that even though we are family, sometimes we don't even know each other. Most people didn't even realize that their own family was studying in their school, their own class even!
It was a lot of fun together with the big family. I realized that people stay in their comfort zone a bit too much, limiting the number of people in their environment. But even if you have a million people in your environment, building a connection is what's the most important!
And the next day, we had lots of fun at the beach. But while we were enjoying ourselves, there were two people dying at the pool not far from the beach. My awareness was that life and death is going on every moment, and it may even be happening right under our noses.
Anyway, Christmas was a fun experience for me, hope it was the same for everyone else!
