Letting your core values be your guide...
Sometimes, following your values is hard, especially when your environment doesn't support it. If your core values are suppressed, it is very very very hard to live a fulfilling, meaningful life.
You don't need any special analysis to find out your core value. Try figuring out what are the things you love to do, and the values that show up.
Example: You like gardening, because it makes you feel peaceful, and gives you a sense of calmness. Why? Do you like the atmosphere? Is it because you like to see living things grow? If it really is what you enjoy doing, don't stop. On the contrary, try to bring more of it into your daily life.
Don't worry if people judge you against the values you own. Their values are just different from yours!
